By registering for TWAG MEMBERSHIPS, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Agreement

This agreement is between The Working Actor Group (TWAG) and "registrant" ______________. Hereafter referred to as “member”

2. Membership
a.Month-to-Month Memberships: Members will need to pay on a monthly basis and can terminate at any time with a 1 billing cycle notice (30 days)

b. 3 Month Memberships: Members will need to pay every 3 months and be terminated at any time with at least a 30-day notice.

c. Term Membership Payments: All term memberships and guest fees are collected via auto-debit (i.e., electronic funds transfer) from either a checking account, debit card or credit card. By providing debit card or credit card information you allow TWAG to automatically withdraw dues and fees as they come due on the date of your contracted recurring date.

d. Right to Modify Dues: If you change your membership at any time, you are subject to current market value for membership rates.

e. Refunds: TWAG will not be responsible for refunding any membership fees, including advanced payments of up to 12 months.

f. Late Payment / Declined Credit Card Fees greater than 5 business days - A $15 late payment will be due and payable for payments received past the 5th of the month. A returned check or declined credit card/debit card will result in a fee of $25. Membership fees must be paid on or before the first day of the month. Members who are not current will not be allowed to participate in classes, workshops, or discounts after the 5th of the month.

g. Holds: Due to the virtual nature of our membership, holds are not permitted on memberships.

3. Availability of Facility & Use of Discount
a. Class or by Appointment only: TWAG does not provide an “Open Studio” facility. Members may use the studio only during scheduled classes, scheduled events or by appointment. Operating hours and current class schedules are listed on our website at www.twagATL.com and do require registration. TWAG reserves the right to change operating hours and/or class schedules at its sole discretion without any effect to this agreement.

b. Limited Availability: TWAG may close its Facility for seminars, special events, maintenance, selected holidays and other hours based on municipal requirements or professional obligations. TWAG may delete, change, discontinue, repair, or replace any part or all of the Facility without any effect on this agreement.

c. First come first serve: While we will do our best to accommodate membership needs, TWAG will only be obligated to serve members on a first come first serve basis subject to studio hours, availability and resources.

d. Taper/Coaching Requests: Members may request but are not guaranteed to work with any specific employee as a part of their membership discount.

e. Discount Code: Member specific discount codes may only be used by sole member and not shared with family members, friends, roommates, or other actors.

f. Membership Discount: Only one discount code may apply at time of transaction and may not be combined with any other discount, promotion, or loyalty card.

g. 20 Minute Taping Credit: Is valid for Zoom and Studio Appointments. These credits do not roll over, do not include coaching, and cannot be combined with any other offer as per the membership or otherwise.

h.Studio Classes: In-Person Classes are first come, first serve and are open to non-members. Members will be considered priority, but not guaranteed a spot in the studio classes.

I:Industry Pros: defined as any guest that TWAG deems as a valuable resource to actors which include, but not limited to Agents, Casting Directors, Actors, or other industry related professionals

4. Cancellation of Membership
a. Month-To-Month: A member may cancel their monthly membership at any time with at least a 1 billing cycle notice and meeting all of the below criteria.

b. 3 Month: If a member cancels a 3 month contract early the member must give a 1 billing cycle notice, by email to [email protected]. The member is responsible for the remaining balance at time of termination.

If the member received a discount for student, SAG AFTRA, agency, studio loyalty, etc, those discounts are null and void and must back pay for all months the members received a discount in full.

All cancellations must be made by request via email to [email protected] with at least 14 day notice of payment renewal date.

7. Conduct
TWAG is committed to the health, safety, welfare of each of its members and staff and will not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent, or illegal behavior. TWAG has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly. This right includes, but is not limited to, termination of membership without refund of any member engaging in unacceptable behavior.

8. Damages
Members shall pay for any damages to TWAG property which results from the willful or negligent conduct of member, member’s guest or dependent children.

9. Rules and/or Regulations
Members who do not observe TWAG rules and regulations or who abuse equipment in any fashion will be asked to leave. The management reserves the right to terminate membership of anyone who refuses to observe any of TWAG rules or regulations. Not all rules and regulations are listed in this agreement. TWAG reserves the right to add, change or remove rules, conditions of membership, opening and closing hours, and all services and facilities offered by TWAG.

10. Membership promotions cannot be used with any other discounts, including the loyalty card program.
