By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment: To secure your spot at the retreat, a non-refundable registration fee of $250 is required. The total retreat cost, including accommodation, meals, activities, and any additional services, will be communicated upon inquiry. You can choose from multiple payment options, such as credit card, bank transfer, or check, with specific details provided during registration. An initial deposit is required to confirm your reservation, and the remaining balance must be paid according to a predetermined schedule.

2. Early Bird Discount: If applicable, participants who register and pay their deposit by a specified early bird deadline may be eligible for a discounted rate, as outlined in the registration materials.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made before a specified deadline (e.g., 30 days before the retreat) may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the non-refundable registration fee and any incurred costs. Detailed cancellation terms will be provided upon registration.

4. Late Payments: Participants are responsible for adhering to the payment schedule. Late payments may result in a penalty or loss of their reservation.

5. Payment Confirmation: A payment confirmation will be sent to participants upon receiving their payment, serving as their official receipt.

6. Participant Conduct: We expect all participants to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the retreat. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

7. Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the retreat. We recommend consulting a medical professional before attending, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions. Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided during the retreat.

8. Liability Waiver: Participants understand and accept that they engage in all activities and attend the retreat at their own risk. We are not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.

9. Photography and Media: By attending the retreat, you grant us permission to use your likeness in photographs, videos, and promotional materials for future events. If you have concerns about this, please inform us in writing.

10. Changes and Cancellation: We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary or cancel the event for unforeseen reasons. In the event of a cancellation, participants will receive a full refund of their payments.

Retreat Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, understand that my participation in the BIG MAGIC RETREAT involves certain risks and potential hazards, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, and property damage. In consideration of being allowed to participate in this retreat, I, on behalf of myself, my family, heirs, and personal representatives, hereby voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with the Retreat.

Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Working Actor Group, The Big Magic Retreat, its agents, employees, and any associated retreat leaders (hereinafter referred to as "the Released Parties") from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the Released Parties or other participants of the Retreat. I also release the Released Parties from any liability related to any property damage, medical expenses, or loss or theft of personal belongings.

Assumption of Risk:
I understand and acknowledge that the activities and services provided during the Retreat may carry risks. I am fully aware of these risks and am voluntarily participating in the Retreat with knowledge of these risks. I agree to abide by any and all rules and safety guidelines provided by the Retreat organizers.

Medical Authorization:
In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Retreat organizers to seek and administer appropriate medical treatment for me. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred on my behalf.

Use of Likeness:
I grant permission for the use of my likeness in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Retreat.

Entire Agreement:
I understand that this document is the entire agreement between the parties, and no oral or other written representations or statements have been made that alter this agreement.

I have read this waiver and release of liability, and I fully understand its contents. I am aware that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue. I sign this waiver voluntarily and of my own free will.

By registering for our weekend-style retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. We look forward to providing you with a memorable and enriching experience during the retreat.
